Important Information

TIMES

It is very important for your child that they arrive on time to nursery. Gates are open between 8.50am and 9.00am.

Please remember children are collected from nursery between 11.20am and 11.30am.

It can be very upsetting for them if you are late.

WEATHER

As the weather changes, please remember to bring a warm coat every day, with your child's name written inside.

Our nursery children spend a great deal of their time outside.

In the warmer months, children will need to bring a hat, and please put sun cream on your children before they come to nursery.

Snack Time

Currently, we ask that you provide your child with 1 piece of fruit for snack.

We can offer water and milk to drink.

Please ensure you have joined us on Class Dojo.

We use this to show what we're getting up to in nursery as well as sharing important messages.

Instead of Show & Tell, why not use Class Dojo to share with us some of the fun things you have been doing at home.

We may set tasks to do at home, e.g. things to find or make. These can then be photographed and sent via message to the teacher to share.

Lending Library

Pupils will bring home their book bags on a Friday. Inside is a story book to share at home.

Please record a short comment to let us know you have read with your child.

We have also included a name practise sheet and a pen. Please practise recognising and writing your child's name with them at home.

Sing number and nursery rhymes with your children.

Read them a story.

Count objects at home.

Practise putting your coat on and doing the zip up.

Practise recognising and writing their name.
